At Luz de la Luna Services, we believe in the power of community connection and healing through the centering of hope. Our mission is to provide compassionate peer support to individuals on their journey to wellness. We offer a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their emotions, receive support, and feel less alone on their journey.

In the moments when we are feeling alone many of us stay up at night, lying awake fighting battles with ourselves, with only the light of the moon to keep us company. We bare our souls, cry in despair and anguish. We let the moon bear witness to our pain, and in return we are given moonlight.

Many parents struggling find themselves up at night. For some it may be sleep challenges, or cluster feedings . Some start experiencing these challenges during pregnancy, lying awake consumed with what ifs? During the challenging times in my life, many times I would find myself alone in the moonlight.

The moon offered its light without judgment. I have wept, I have felt rage, I have fought to find safety within myself.

It is my hope that as you trust me to bear witness to your journey in return I do this for you..

Though we cannot control the outside world,  I will do my best to honor your safety by showing care for what you chose to share, honoring this space as yours, allowing you to choose how and what you share with me.

I will allow you to show up as you are, acknowledging the world we live in today has challenges and oppressive systems that can affect the ways we show up in the world.

I will honor your experience, free of judgment, and allow you to lead the way on your healing journey.
